On December 13, 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Cody Fire District will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Cody Fire House located at 155 County Route 55 Fulton, NY 13069 for the purpose of electing the Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2017. All voters registered with the respective County Board of Elections on or Before November 21, 2011 shall be eligible to vote.
Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Cody Fire District at the Fire House at 155 County Route 55 Fulton, NY 13069, no later than twenty days before the election November 23, 2011.
