Planning Board

The Planning Board is made up of a group of Granby townspeople appointed by the Town Board. The main function of this board is to approve, encourage, promote and support development within the town. This is done while ensuring that our rich farming and rural heritage is not set aside. Another responsibility is to act in an advisory capacity for the Town Board on a variety of issues. Ongoing duties of the Planning Board include review of special use permit and site plan applications.
